Maib invests in future: 30 employees graduate from top universities

Maib celebrated the completion of the Exclusive Staff Incentive Program, designed to develop top talent and prepare the leaders of tomorrow.

The program offered 30 participants the opportunity to attend prestigious global universities, including Stanford, Harvard, and INSEAD, where they completed advanced courses tailored to their professional aspirations.

During the graduation session, each participant presented the key knowledge they had gained, followed by a moment recognizing their achievements. The expertise acquired is already being applied in the bank’s strategy, strengthening maib’s organizational culture and competitive advantage.

"The Entrepreneurial Marketing course at Harvard was a truly eye-opening experience. I recognized tools I was already using—A/B testing, customer interviews, defining customer profiles—but I also discovered new approaches that inspire me to carry them forward in our projects. The most powerful insight was the idea of evaluating every action through the lens of the real value it creates for the customer, and I can’t wait to turn this perspective into concrete results."

This initiative continues the tradition started in 2023 with participation in the Stanford Executive Program, which marked a turning point in developing visionary leadership at maib. Since then, the bank has consistently created exclusive opportunities for employees to learn from the best global practices and bring them home to the Republic of Moldova.
