Maib invests in the future of legal education. Together with BAA Gladei & Partners and other private sector companies, we support excellence through merit scholarships

Maib continues its investments in education, this time supporting higher education. For the 10th consecutive year, five merit scholarships will be awarded to the best students from law faculties across the country. For the first time this year, BAA Gladei & Partners, together with maib, GRAWE Carat, Sandriliona, and Moldcell, are offering full academic scholarships, each covering the tuition fee for the 2025–2026 academic year, in the amount of MDL 20,000 each. 

Eligibility and Participation Criteria 

Students may apply if they are: in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study, or enrolled in a Master’s program at law faculties in the country, attending full-time studies, regardless of whether they are tuition-free (state-funded) or fee-paying students. 

Application Process  

The application file must be sent by email to burse@gladei.md no later than October 13, 2025, and should include: a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and an original essay in Romanian on the topic: “Quo vadis, AI: The Legal Regulation of AI Use, Moldova vs. the EU.”. 

The essay must meet the following requirements: maximum 3 pages; Times New Roman font, size 12; line spacing 1.1; citation style: Harvard.  

The best essays will be evaluated by a panel of experts appointed by BAA Gladei & Partners, maib, GRAWE Carat, Sandriliona, and Moldcell. 

In addition to the full scholarships, the five winners will benefit from a one-month professional internship offered by the partners, thus gaining the opportunity to acquire practical experience in a professional environment.
