Maib launches the fourth corporate bond issuance under the fourth public offering program

Starting from June 18, 2026, maib launches the fourth corporate bond issuance under the fourth public offering program. The subscription period is open for 22 days, during which 10,000 bonds will be available, with a total value of MDL 200,000,000 and a nominal value of MDL 20,000 each.

Within this issuance, XIII bonds Class are offered with a fixed margin of 1.25%. The interest rate for the first year of circulation is 6.96%, consisting of the reference rate (5.71%) plus the fixed margin established for XIII bonds Class (1.25%).
