Maib launches the third issuance of corporate bonds under the fourth public offering program

Starting from May 11, 2026, maib launches the third issuance of corporate bonds under the fourth public offering program. The subscription period is open until June 2, 2026, inclusive. Within this issuance, 10,000 bonds are available, with a total value of MDL 200,000,000 and a nominal value of MDL 20,000 each.

Within this issuance, class XIII bonds are offered, with a fixed margin of 1.25%. The interest rate for the first year of circulation is 6.86%, formed from the reference rate (5.61%) + the fixed margin established for class XIII (1.25%).

Advantages of investing in maib corporate bonds:

• The coupon (interest) is more attractive compared to other savings instruments;
• Possibility of voluntary partial or full redemption at nominal value, within the limit of 250 bonds per issuance;
• The voluntary redemption request can be submitted at any maib branch during the third coupon period of a quarter, before its payment (the last coupon for redeemed bonds is not paid);
• Admission to trading on the regulated market of the Moldova Stock Exchange, with the issuance carried out through a professional participant of the capital market.
