Maib - premium partner of Tech Women Moldova 2025

Maib stands with the women shaping the future of technology through innovation, courage, and vision. The Moldovan banking sector leader was once again a premium partner of Tech Women Moldova 2025, an event that brought together remarkable women from the fields of technology, innovation, and leadership. 

The 2025 edition focused on the theme “The Rise of Human Skills: What AI Still Can’t Do?” highlighting the importance of human skills in a rapidly transforming digital world. 

At the event, Silvia Pleșca, Head of the Core IT Platforms Department, and Iana Zahvatova, Senior Software Engineer, took the stage to share their professional experiences at maib, highlighting how passion, creativity, and continuous collaboration contribute to innovation and success in technology. Additionally, Ana-Maria Lozovoi, UI/UX Designer at maib, conducted an interactive workshop focused on turning ideas into real experiences for maibank. 

Through their energy and messages, our colleagues demonstrated that beyond AI, it is people who make the difference.

In 2025, for the second consecutive year, maib awarded scholarships to women studying at IT and STEM faculties.
