Alexei Panin, Head of Business Digital Channels Department maib:

"In 2022 we have big goals for the digitization of our services, both for individuals and for legal entities. One month ago, we launched the modernization of the maibank mobile app, through which we aim to offer our customers the best online banking experience as well. In the case of the Internet Banking service, we aim to make all operations available online, so that they can be accessed from anywhere in the world, without the physical presence at the branch. Maib will introduce for the first time on the national market the principle of online onboarding, which will offer a qualitatively new experience for our customers. I would like to thank the customers once again for the feedback they constantly give us to improve our services and products.”

The project will deliver industry leading user experience and standout interface design, while integrating all banking services to create a one-stop shop for all business needs of maib’s customers.
