maib and Visa Reward Employee Performance through the Staff Incentive Program

More than 80 maib employees from the regions and Chișinău were rewarded as part of the Staff Incentive Program—an initiative developed in partnership with Visa and dedicated to boosting performance and stimulating the sale of active cards.

The program was run based on clear performance objectives, and participants who exceeded their targets accumulated bonuses that were later converted into prizes such as suitcases, televisions, and Dyson vacuum cleaners. The initiative aimed to strengthen a performance-driven culture and encourage employees’ engagement in expanding the card portfolio.

A special component of the program was dedicated to branch directors, who benefited from an exchange of experience at the Hong Kong FinTech Conference—the most influential fintech event in the region, bringing together global leaders, investors, and innovators to shape the future of finance and emerging technologies.

Starting February 1 of this year, a new edition of Staff Incentive 2026 was launched, with the program continuing to support performance and card issuance.
