- investment loans with a fixed annual rate of 5.1%, available through the Agricultural Lending Facility (ALF) program (application form available here);
- grant component of up to 30% of the loan value for eligible investments
- grace period of 8 months, aligned with the agricultural cycle
What can be financed:
- purchase of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and other essential materials
- equipment for conventional farming – financing of up to 2 million MDL, with a 5% grant
- equipment for conservation agriculture – financing of up to 3 million MDL for producer groups and up to 2 million MDL for individuals, with a 15% grant
- post-harvest equipment – financing up to 5 million MDL, with grants of up to 30%
