We have a new feature in maib business!
In the context of the discontinuation of the eStatements service as of June 30, 2026, we have integrated Recurring Statements into the platform. This feature allows you to configure the automatic delivery of account statements directly from the maib business web interface. This way, you can continue managing your company’s operations without interruption and with the same level of convenience.
The new feature allows you to:
- save time by eliminating the need to generate statements manually;
- set the delivery frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly;
- receive statements automatically by email through secure links;
- choose the statement format and generation options according to your needs;
- manage statement distribution efficiently to multiple recipients (up to 5 email addresses);
- benefit from official documents electronically signed by the bank.

What does subscription management include?
From the subscription list, you can:
- duplicate an existing subscription;
- unsubscribe or delete a subscription.
Useful information:
- You can create multiple subscriptions for the same account, with different frequencies.
- A maximum of 5 email addresses is allowed per subscription.
