Until now, MIA has enabled instant transfers using a phone number. Starting today, you have even more flexibility: you can send and receive money through MIA using your IBAN.
This means you can choose which information to share depending on the situation: your phone number for friends and family, or your IBAN for other types of transfers.

How to enable transfers via IBAN
- Open the maibank app.
- Go to P2P/MIA Settings.
- Select the accounts you want to enable for receiving instant transfers via IBAN.
- Confirm activation.

Only active MDL accounts can be connected to this service.
