Maib offices filled with color on Christmas Sweater Day

Team spirit, unity, professionalism, and creative energy are the values that define the people of maib. It has already become a beautiful tradition that, around the winter holidays, maib offices are filled with color and good cheer while celebrating Christmas Sweater Day. 

This year as well, maib employees wore festive sweaters, winter accessories, and smiles, turning an ordinary workday into a moment of celebration and connection. The initiative created a warm and friendly atmosphere, strengthening the sense of belonging and the joy of being part of the same team. 

Such moments reflect maib’s organizational culture, where performance goes hand in hand with engagement, creativity, and authentic relationships between people.
