1. Open the maibank app
2. Access your Profile
3. Select the “Update details” option
4. Follow the verification steps displayed in the app

What details can be updated online?

• Information from your identity document
• Phone number or other communication channels
  (the phone number can be updated only if it is a national number or an international number from EU countries and the United Kingdom — the list of eligible countries is provided below)
• Residential address
• Other relevant personal information

• Individual customers holding products and services with maib
• Customers with a valid Moldovan identity document
• maibank app users
• Including customers located abroad, provided they use a mobile phone number from one of the 31 eligible countries. Updates are available exclusively for these numbers.
