Maib strengthens its position as a leader in innovation and customer experience by winning three major awards at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards, held in London, in which it participated for the first time.
The highest recognition of the competition was winning the Gold Medal in the “Best Digital Customer Experience” category, which confirms the success and impact of the online lending process in the maibank app. The digital solution was praised for its innovation, clarity and simplicity, providing customers with fast, hassle-free access to banking products.
