Maib rockstars: about 100 employees – awarded for dedication and involvement

Maib, the leader of the banking sector in the Republic of Moldova, honored its models of professionalism and dedication at the traditional maib rockstars event. About 100 maib people were awarded for their achievements and contributions during the first half of 2025, at a relaxed event held at maib park.  

Maib rockstars is an initiative that reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting and rewarding internal talent, while promoting an organizational culture based on excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Among the maib award winners are front office and back office employees from all business lines who have achieved outstanding results, contributing to strengthening maib's position as a leading bank and creating memorable experiences for customers.

In addition, 4 maib branches were awarded: “Ștefan cel Mare”, Chișinău; “Pușkin”, Bălți; “Miron Costin”, Chișinău; “Orhei”.
