maib is launching a new promotion designed to help customers reduce their upfront costs when purchasing a new home or refinancing their mortgage. During the promotional period, customers who take out a maib mortgage loan can receive 50% cashback on notary and cadastral expenses when purchasing, renovating, or finishing a home, and 100% cashback on the same expenses when refinancing an existing mortgage.

In addition, for greater stability and predictability, customers can choose a fixed interest rate until 30 June 2027, making it easier to plan their long-term budget.
