Cashback on notary and cadastral expenses for a maib mortgage loan

Maib is launching a new promotion for customers who want to purchase, renovate, or finish a home, or refinance their existing mortgage. Between 3 August and 30 September 2026, customers can receive cashback on notary and cadastral expenses related to taking out a maib mortgage loan.

With this offer, maib helps reduce upfront costs, allowing customers to invest more of their resources in what matters most: furnishing and making their new home more comfortable.

As part of the promotion, customers receive:

• 50% cashback on notary and cadastral expenses when purchasing, renovating, or finishing a home;
• 100% cashback on the same expenses when refinancing an existing mortgage.

For greater stability and predictability, customers can choose a fixed interest rate until 30 June 2027.

The cashback is granted for eligible notary and cadastral expenses and is transferred directly to the customer's bank account within no more than 15 business days after the required documents confirming the expenses have been submitted.

The promotion is valid from 3 August to 30 September 2026.
